Iain A. Currie is a Sessional Faculty member and Moot Coach at the Faculty of Law, Thompson Rivers University. He holds an LLB from the University of British Columbia (1993) and has practiced law since 1999. His legal practice focuses on motor vehicle defense litigation while maintaining involvement in criminal law through defense cases and Crown prosecutions. He served as the Green Party candidate in the 2019 and 2021 federal elections. Beyond academia, Currie is a litigator at Kamloops-based firm Cundari Seibel LLP and actively contributes to legal education through moot coaching.
