Hyein Lee

Hyein Lee serves as Deputy ECR (Early Career Researcher) Representative at the Graduate School of East Asian Studies (GEAS) at Freie Universität Berlin. Her research focuses on the intersection of Buddhism, military ethics, and international humanitarian law, particularly examining the role of Chogye Buddhist chaplaincy in the South Korean military.
