Huiling Mu

Huiling Mu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She has held this position since 2009, following previous academic roles as Associate Professor at the Technical University of Denmark (2001-2009) and Assistant Professor in Biochemistry and Nutrition (1996-2000). Her research focuses on lipid biochemistry and pharmaceutical applications, particularly the relationship between lipid structures and their impact on drug/nutrient delivery systems.

Research Interests: Dr. Mu specializes in molecular interactions of excipients, development of topical drug delivery systems, and characterization of lipid-based nanocarriers. Her work integrates:

• In vitro and in vivo evaluation methodologies
• Advanced analytical techniques for system characterization
• Design of pH-responsive and hybrid delivery systems
