Dr. Hui Zhu is a Professor of Finance at Ontario Tech University's Faculty of Business and Information Technology. She holds a PhD in Economics from Queen’s University (2010) and has held prior academic positions at Cape Breton University (Assistant Professor) and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Calgary. Her research focuses on fixed-income securities, IPO dynamics, corporate innovation, CSR, and international finance, with over 25 refereed journal articles and book chapters. She actively participates in global conferences such as the Financial Management Association and European Financial Management Association.
