Hui Yi Shan is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Southern California and serves as Director of Peritoneal Dialysis at DaVita Boyle Heights. She specializes in nephrology with clinical expertise in glomerular diseases including lupus nephritis, vasculitis, membranous nephropathy, and IgA nephropathy. Dr. Shan leads specialized clinics for advanced kidney diseases, cystic/interstitial diseases, and glomerulopathies.
After earning her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, she completed residency at NYU Medical Center and a nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Harvard Medical School).
