Professor Hugh Hewitt is a full-time, tenured faculty member at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law since its founding in 1995. He specializes in Constitutional Law and serves as faculty advisor to the Nexus Journal of Law & Public Policy. Hewitt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College (magna cum laude) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School (Order of the Coif), where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
