Associate Professor Hudyjaya Siswoyo Jo is a faculty member at the Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Science at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus. He holds a BEng (Hons) and PhD from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Chartered Engineer (Engineering Council UK) with professional memberships in the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
His research expertise spans multiple domains of robotics and automation, with particular focus on:

- Industrial Internet of Things
- Human Machine Interaction
- Agriculture Mechanisation
Professor Siswoyo Jo has successfully completed numerous manufacturing and automation projects focusing on Industry 4.0 implementation for Small-Medium Enterprises in Sarawak. He has served as a technical consultant for significant projects including the Borneo Cultures Museum, the second largest museum in Southeast Asia. His research has resulted in multiple patents, including "Vehicle for Collecting and Transporting System and Method Thereof" (Australia, 2020) and "Autonomous Harvester" (Malaysia, 2021).
His scientific achievements include:

- Swinburne Vice-Chancellor Community Engagement Award (2019)
- Swinburne Vice-Chancellor Industry Engagement Award (2018)
- Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Robotics and Mechanical Engineering (2016)
Professor Siswoyo Jo has secured multiple research grants including SDEC TRG Grants as both Principle Investigator and Co-Investigator for projects related to UAV-based parking enforcement, AGV-based IoT solutions, and smart waste collection systems. He actively supervises postgraduate students and welcomes research higher degree candidates in his areas of expertise. His laboratory work focuses on practical applications of robotics and automation technologies in industrial and community settings, with strong industry partnerships that provide students with real-world project experience.
