Huangbin Liang is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Singapore-ETH Centre and affiliated with the Chair of Structural Mechanics and Monitoring at ETH Zurich. His work focuses on enhancing infrastructure resilience through advanced modeling and decision-making frameworks.

Research Interests include hybrid modeling techniques, digital twinning, seismic vulnerability assessment, and decision support systems for smart infrastructure. His work bridges earthquake engineering with AI-driven optimization.
Recent publications demonstrate trends in post-disaster recovery optimization using Deep Reinforcement Learning, seismic resilience frameworks for electrical substations, and energy dissipation solutions for ultra-high voltage systems.
