Prof. Hu Shaohua is an Associate Professor in the Department of Government and Politics at Wagner College, New York. He chaired the department from 2007 to 2013 and has coordinated the International Affairs program since 2001. His expertise spans Chinese politics, democratization processes, and Taiwan's foreign policy dynamics.
