Hsin-Sheng Yang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Toxicology and Cancer Biology at the University of Kentucky. He is affiliated with the Markey Cancer Center. His research focuses on protein translational control mechanisms involved in tumor invasion and metastasis, particularly studying the tumor suppressor Pdcd4 and its impact on critical genes in cancer progression. Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. from Arizona State University and advanced degrees from Tamkang University, Taiwan.
