Hsiang-Lin Shih (she/her) is an Associate Professor of Asian Studies at St. Olaf College since 2022, with a PhD in Asian Languages and Literature from the University of Washington (2013). She specializes in early medieval Chinese poetry, diasporic Chinese literature, and agricultural themes in classical texts, blending digital humanities with experiental pedagogy.
