Dr. Howard Scott is a Lecturer in Post-Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) at the University of Wolverhampton's Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing. His PhD (2017) investigated social networks for GCSE re-sit students in FE colleges.
Research focuses on mobile learning, digital technologies for community education, and critical approaches to AI in pedagogy. He leads Erasmus+ projects developing teacher capacity in Palestinian HEIs and co-creates interactive courseware through EU-funded initiatives.
