Houston Howard is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Entertainment Design, specializing in transmedia strategies and narrative development. He is also the Chief Storyteller and Co-Founder of One 3 Creative, known for his work in entertainment and branding. His expertise spans transmedia storytelling, world-building, and innovative project design for 21st-century media landscapes.

Howard has authored two influential books: Make Your Story Really Stinkin’ Big and You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Story, which outline transmedia strategies for professionals. He has advised major entities like Mattel, Disney Imagineering, ABC, and Harper Collins Publishing, while also designing projects for networks such as Fox, the CW, and TNT.

He teaches courses including World Building, Transmedia IP Creation, Intro to Transmedia Design, and Adv Quest & Mission Design, reflecting his focus on practical application of transmedia principles. His work emphasizes cross-platform storytelling and adapting narratives for modern audiences.
