Hossein Fazilatfar

Hossein Fazilatfar is an Associate Professor at Creighton University School of Law, joining in Fall 2023. His research and teaching focus on Arbitration, Contracts, and Conflict of Laws, with additional expertise in Commercial Law, Mediation, Negotiations, International Business Transactions, and Comparative Law.

Prior to Creighton, he taught Business Law at Western Carolina University and maintains a dually educated legal perspective as a licensed attorney.
