Hossein Abbasi

Hossein Abbasi is a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park. He teaches courses including principles of microeconomics, econometrics, machine learning, energy economics, and economics of the Middle East. His research focuses on labor markets, legal institutions, and socioeconomic policies in developing countries, particularly Iran.
