Dr. Hooman Ghasemi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). His research focuses on structural reliability, infrastructural resilience, and advanced computational methods in civil engineering. He also explores quantum computing applications for civil engineering problems. Dr. Ghasemi holds a Ph.D. from Auburn University (2015) and an M.S. from Zanjan University (Iran).
