Hongzhou Zhang

Dr. Hongzhou Zhang is an Assistant Professor at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research focuses on regional/global resources conflicts, game theory, discourse analysis, and emerging technology governance. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
