Holly Cullen is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Western Australia (UWA) Law School. Previously, she held the rank of Professor in UWA's Faculty of Law (2010–2016). Before joining UWA, she was Reader in Law at Durham University (UK) and held various academic roles at the University of Hull and Durham. Her research focuses on business and human rights, human trafficking, child labour, and international human rights law. She has contributed to projects such as the International Law Library on WorldLII and has expertise in European Union law and non-state actors in international law.
Dr. Cullen has extensive experience in academic leadership, including serving as Associate Dean (Students) at UWA (2016), Director of Higher Degrees by Research (2011–2015), and Equity and Diversity Advisor (2011–2013). Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those addressing poverty, human rights, and justice.
