Dr. Ho Ning Wong is a Research Fellow at the Rural Health Research Institute (RHRI), Charles Sturt University, specializing in rural and global health. She oversees the establishment of a synthetic medicinal chemistry laboratory for drug candidate preparation under GLP conditions, supervises postgraduate students, and manages instrumentation. Her research focuses on antimalarial drugs, tuberculosis, cancer chemotherapy, and redox drug combinations.
Education: PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), with research on artemisinin antimalarials in collaboration with Bayer AG.
