Hiroyo Imagawa

Hiroyo Imagawa is an Associate Professor at Osaka University of Arts and Special Advisor at Tokyo College of Music, with prior roles as Visiting Associate Professor at Osaka University (2015-2017). She holds a Master's from Mozarteum University Salzburg and studied at Stuttgart University of Music.

Her research focuses on piano pedagogy and art practice, particularly teacher certification systems. She published the paper Introduction and Practice of the Teacher Certification Examination (Piano) (2017) exploring assessment methodologies.
