Hilde De Reuse is an Associate Professor at the Institut Pasteur, where she has headed the Unité Pathogénèse de Helicobacter since 2008. She previously served as Director of the Department of Microbiology (2014-2019) and led the CNRS team ERL 6002 (2017-2020). Her career spans over three decades at Institut Pasteur, starting as a Research Assistant in 1988, progressing to Assistant Professor (1993-2006), and assuming her current role since 2006.
