Prof. Herta Flor is a leading academic in clinical and cognitive neuroscience at the Department of Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience, Central Institute of Mental Health, Medical Faculty Mannheim (Heidelberg University). Her research focuses on brain-behavior interactions, particularly neuroplasticity mechanisms underlying chronic pain, anxiety disorders, and pathological aging.
