Herman Bruserud is an Associate Professor at the Department of Private Law, Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. He holds a Cand. jur. (2002) and a PhD (2010) from the University of Oslo. His academic career includes roles at law firms Haavind and Kluge, the Ministry of Justice’s Law Department, and since 2012, as an Associate Professor focusing on contract law, obligations law, and construction law. He has authored influential works such as Hardship Clauses (2010) and contributed to texts like Foreldelse av fordringer (2011).
