Dr Henry Webber is a Research Fellow in Crop Technology at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), where he also serves as a part-time lecturer in crop production and agronomy. Beyond academia, he works as a policy adviser for Defra and contributes to a family-run farm in Essex.
