Henry M. Ordower is a Professor at Saint Louis University School of Law, affiliated with the Center for International and Comparative Law. He teaches courses in Corporate Finance, Taxation, and International Business Transactions. His research focuses on tax distribution disparities and their societal impact. Ordower holds degrees from Washington University (A.B., 1967), University of Chicago (M.A., 1970; A.B.D., 1971), and a J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law (1975).
