Henry D. Edelman

Henry D. Edelman serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, Cornell University, leveraging nineteen years as founding President and CEO of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation where he established operations, devised its legal-financial structure under a 1988 Congressional charter, and grew guaranteed securities to $10 billion.

His research focuses on the intersection of finance and law, with primary expertise in:
