Henri Mathias Aaltonen

Henri Mathias Aaltonen is a Doctoral Researcher affiliated with the Doctoral Programme in Political, Social and Regional Change at the University of Helsinki. His work spans economic history, political science, and social policy analysis, with a focus on state capacity, institutional dynamics, and pandemic response strategies.
