Henning Jakhelln is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Law, affiliated with the Department of Public and International Law. He holds a Cand. Jur. (1963) and Lic. Jur. (1967) from the University of Oslo. His career includes roles as assistant researcher (1963–64), university lecturer and research fellow (1965–71), assistant professor, associate professor, and full professor (1990–2009).
