Hendrik Wilhelm is a Professor at the University of Witten/Herdecke within the Faculty of Business and Society (Department of Management and Entrepreneurship). As the RMI Professorship for Strategic Organization since 2019, he studies how responsible leadership fosters employee collaboration, innovation, and adaptability in organizations. His research spans creativity, learning, and performance at individual, team, and organizational levels, often combining empirical rigor with practical engagement through partnerships with companies like Katjes and König Pilsener.
