Helena Kaim

Helena Kaim is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, affiliated with the Center for Diversity in Law since March 2025. Previously, she served as a Research Associate at Hengeler Mueller Partnerschaft mbB (Public Law and Regulatory Group) in November-December 2024 and as a Student Assistant at the Chair for Public Law, International and European Law, and Empirical Legal Research at the University of Münster (2022-2024). Her work focused on empirical analysis of equality-related judgments by the French Conseil Constitutionnel under the ERC-funded project "Correcting Inequality Through Law."

Her research interests include international and European legal frameworks, empirical analysis of judicial equality jurisprudence, and the societal challenges posed by artificial intelligence. She holds specialized certifications in International Law and French Law and actively participated in human rights moot court competitions.
