Heike Stein is a CNRS Research Fellow at the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Robotics (ISIR), a joint unit of Sorbonne University and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), where she has worked since 2025. She holds a PhD from the University of Barcelona and completed postdoctoral training at École Normale Supérieure (ENS).
Her research in computational neuroscience focuses on reverse-engineering brain function through data-driven modeling. Key areas include:
