Heike Knicker

Professor Heike Knicker is affiliated with the University of Seville's Department of Crystallography, Mineralogy and Agricultural Chemistry, contributing to the Natural Resources and Environment doctoral program. She was awarded the prestigious Duchaufour Medal by the European Geosciences Union (EGU) in 2016 for her groundbreaking work in soil science, particularly analyzing fire's impact on soil organic matter and nitrogen dynamics.
