Heidi Sydnes Egeland is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Nordic Institute of Maritime Law, affiliated with the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo. Her work focuses on EU/EEA climate mitigation law and behavioral economics/law economics, particularly examining the application of the polluter pays principle in carbon capture and storage regulation.
