Heidi Pullmann-Lindsley

Heidi Pullmann-Lindsley serves as an Assistant Professor of Biology in the Department of Biological and Molecular Sciences at George Fox University, having joined the institution in 2024.

Her educational background includes:

• PhD in Cellular, Molecular, Health and Disease Biology from Baylor University (2024)
• BS in Biology from Westmont College (2019)

Her research expertise focuses on arthropod vector control and insect chemosensory systems, with direct applications in public health and vector-borne disease prevention through the study of disease-carrying insects like mosquitoes.

Dr. Pullmann-Lindsley has significant research experience as a research assistant for an NIH-sponsored project on mosquitoes (2022-2024) and with the American Mosquito Control Association (2021-2022), in addition to instructing anatomy and physiology laboratories at Baylor University in 2021.
