Dr. Heidi Gailor is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at William Peace University (WPU), where she teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Leadership. Prior to her academic career, she worked at the Center for Creative Leadership, fostering her passion for leadership development and self-awareness. She is actively involved in civic engagement initiatives, including founding the 'For Students, By Students' dialogue program. Her research focuses on organizational leadership, dialogue processes, and experiential learning strategies in education.
Education: BA in Communication (NC State University), MA in Communication (UNC-Greensboro), Ph.D. in Depth Psychology (Pacifica Graduate Institute).
