Heidi Bailey

Heidi Bailey is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds an MBA from Western New England University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Her research interests include marketing strategy and planning, consumer behavior, product management, and business solutions to societal challenges. She brings industry experience from her roles as Senior Group Marketing Manager at LEGO Systems.

Professor Bailey has received the Teaching Excellence Award from the University of Connecticut for her educational contributions.
