Heejin Chang

Dr. Heejin Chang is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Southern Queensland's College of English Language, specializing in applied linguistics, English as a Second Language (ESL) pedagogy, and intercultural communication. With a PhD from Newcastle University and prior roles at the same institution since 2012, her work bridges technology-enhanced language learning, academic integrity frameworks, and innovative assessment design for diverse student populations including incarcerated learners.
