Hebatullah El Gamal

Hebatullah El Gamal is a Senior Lecturer at The German University in Cairo and a PhD Candidate at the Center for Open Education Research at the University of Oldenburg. With expertise in communication, media education, and technology-enhanced learning, she contributes to research on video's role in higher education. Her career spans Egyptian ICT development, international networked learning working groups, and teaching experience in journalism and mass communication.
