Heather Mode

Heather Mode is a Lecturer in Anthropology at UNC Charlotte with specialization in bioarchaeology. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UNC Wilmington and M.A. in Anthropology from Florida State University. Her research focuses on human skeletal analysis within archaeological contexts.

Academic interests include osteological analysis, mortuary practices, and the application of biological anthropology methods to archaeological investigations. Research contributes to understanding past populations through skeletal remains analysis.
