Heather MacLean is an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing & Midwifery, Mount Royal University. She holds a Master of Nursing (MN) from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Nursing (BN) from Dalhousie University. Her academic focus includes Simulation-Based Learning, Cardiology Nursing, and Transition of New Nurses into Practice. She actively contributes to the Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nursing and maintains clinical practice on a cardiac unit.
