Heather Leonard

Dr. Heather Leonard is a Lecturer and Program Director in the Prevention Science Program at the University of Oregon's College of Education, affiliated with the Family and Human Services department. She holds a PhD and MEd in Prevention Science, alongside a BS in Nutrition and Food Science. Her work focuses on child and adolescent health, self-regulation, media use, and parenting behaviors, with a strong emphasis on translating research into practical health strategies.
