Heather Kopp

Heather Kopp is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Texas Tech University, specializing in international relations and domestic conflict dynamics. Her research examines the interplay between interstate conflict, civil strife, and political competition, with a focus on nonstate actors, public opinion, and foreign policy issue ownership.
