Heather Kirk is a Professor in the Department of French Studies at the University of Western Ontario. She holds a PhD and MA from Western University and an Honors BA from Brescia University College. Her research focuses on Renaissance and pre-academic theater (1570-1640), tragedy and tragicomedy, authorship and copyright issues, and polemics in 17th-century France.
