Heather Blewett

Dr. Heather Blewett is a Research Scientist with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, leading the Human Nutrition and Immunology lab at the Canadian Centre for Agri-Food Research in Health and Medicine (CCARM). Her work focuses on substantiating health claims for Canadian crops, studying immune function in chronic diseases, and addressing gluten-free food accessibility due to her and her daughter’s Celiac Disease.
