Heather Batten

Dr. Heather Batten is a Part-Time Lecturer at the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, The University of Queensland. Her research focuses on rehabilitation therapies for lower limb amputees, including prosthetic mobility, gait analysis, and community walking outcomes.

Her work explores the relationship between gait speed and prosthetic walking potential, barriers to community mobility, and functional outcomes post-rehabilitation.
