Heather Batchelor

Dr. Heather Batchelor is an Associate Professor of Education at Thomas College with 23+ years of experience across diverse educational settings. She holds an Ed.D. in Teacher Education and School Improvement and an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from UMass Amherst, along with certifications in Social Studies and English instruction.

Her research focuses on equitable classroom practices, trauma-responsive strategies, restorative justice, and multicultural education. She has consulted with multiple school districts on these topics.
