Heath Dewrell is an Assistant Professor in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Ancient Near Eastern Studies and Religious Studies. He teaches courses on the Hebrew Bible, myths and legends of the Ancient Near East, and Ugaritic language.
