Hayley Douglas

Hayley Douglas is a Senior Lecturer in Youth and Community Studies at Wrexham University. With 20 years of experience as a JNC professionally qualified Youth Worker, she teaches youth work courses informed by her practical work in youth clubs, outreach programs, youth justice, and with young carers.

Hayley champions accessible education, emphasizing achievement through hard work, determination, and support. She holds a fellowship from the Higher Education Academy and contributes to community safety as a Safeguarding Officer for a local church.
