Prof. Hartmut Herrmann is a Professor of Atmospheric Chemistry at the University of Leipzig and Head of the Atmospheric Chemistry Department at the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS). His research focuses on tropospheric multiphase systems, aerosol dynamics, and atmospheric chemistry modeling. He leads over 117 third-party funded projects totaling €18 million and has published 345 peer-reviewed articles.
