Harriet Bulkeley

Professor Harriet Bulkeley is a leading scholar in environmental governance and urban climate politics, affiliated with Durham University's Department of Geography and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Health. She also holds a part-time appointment at Utrecht University's Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development. Her work bridges academic research with policy impact, evidenced by her Royal Geographical Society Back Award (2018) and recognition as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher (2016-2017).
